Colombian Independence Day
and Hispanic Culture Festival
Greenville (SC)
The Colombian Independence Day and Hispanic Culture Festival is one of the liveliest and most colorful Hispanic celebrations in the Upstate of South Carolina.
This annual event, sponsored by La Nación Hispana newspaper (formerly La Opinión Hispana), celebrates the rich culture of Colombia, South America, through music, dance, food and folklore. The festival unites Colombians and Hispanics under one common thread: Celebrating core values of our Hispanic Heritage.
This daylong event features music groups from Latin America, Hispanic food, children’s activities, recreation, dancing, arts, cultural performances, arts, crafts and souvenir items. In addition, there will be booths and information from non-profit organizations, service agencies and business that support and promote the Hispanic market.
The festival is a great opportunity for your company/business to receive exposure in the Hispanic community here in the Upstate, as well as opening up doors to a new market, which will benefit your business by tapping into the Hispanic Market.
The festival is being celebrated every year, on July, in Greenville, South Carolina.
